Born and raised in Longview, WA. Graduate of Washington State University in 1978 with a BA in Communications. Worked as a reporter and editor in Washington and Nevada at six newspapers prior to changing careers and moving into public relations with the Tahoma School District in 1997.
Member, Washington School Public Relations Association, WSU Alumni Association. Past member Society of Professional Journalists.
Kevin and his wife, Marcia, have four adult children.
