Black Diamond Time Capsule

Be sure to include current communication tools: a cell phone, i-pod, newspaper, website page, etc. Things look so different from how they did ten years ago...I can't imagine what they'll look like in 50 years!

Can you imagine?

Catherine, I think those are great ideas. Fifty years from now, cell phones will be a thing of the past, personal communicators worn like jewlery will be all the rage. Gone are the lithium bateries that once clogged the garbage dumps because no one was quite sure what to do with them when they quit charging thanks to the car chargers. I-pods will be worn on the wrist with a chip behind the ear to hear the music, news what ever you want. Apps will just be a thought and the chip will pick it up and change immediately. Newspaper will still be around... in museums and the Library of congress. And who knows how powerful Web Sites will be. Too bad I won't be here when it's opened, but in the mean time it's a lot of fun to think about how technology will change and there will be things we can't even imagine let along live without. Leih
